Transitioning into Fall with Yoga: A Recipe for Balance

Fall is officially upon us. The days are getting shorter, and the weather cooler. Bring on the sweaters, soup, red wine and hot baths! 8 Yoga Poses
To Get Ready For Fall

While the winds of change are blowing the fall season in like clockwork, our minds and bodies aren’t always ready for the change in weather or temperature and may end up feeling “a little under the weather” or even a little ungrounded with stress.

Believe it or not, connecting with the earth, and taking the time to ground our mind and body is the best thing we can do during the fall season. Here are 8 yoga poses to help you ground and find balance in your life:

1. Standing Forward Bend
2. Seated Forward Bend
3. Seated Twist
4. Head to Knee Fold
5. Extended Side Angle
6. Warrior Poses
7. Triangle Pose
8. Eagle
*  No time for yoga? Then just sit and breathe!
