Several times a month, people stop and ask us, “Why do you practice yoga?”. Our answers vary…. depending on the time of day, the changing of the seasons, the happenings in our lives, our states of mind, our night’s sleep, etc. We might reply… for strength in body; for a peaceful, calm mind; for the feeling I receive in Savasana; because it makes me happy; to sweat and to know that I am powerful; because my mat is my sanctuary; to find myself.
