We are excited to introduce Lynn Cruse to our b inspired. yoga community!

Lynn is receiving her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Mercy Health in November.

Lynn started taking Hatha yoga classes about 10 years ago in the gym next to her office. After class she noticed how she always felt better both mentally and physically, but because of the pressures of her job she was only able to attend classes sporadically. Shortly after b inspired. yoga studio opened, began taking classes after work and started to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Lynn is now retired and has decided to take her yoga practice to the next level. In her training she is learning a wide range of yoga styles, techniques and methodologies and the best ways to share them with others.

Lynn believes yoga is indeed for all and that it isn’t about doing the poses to perfection, or being the most flexible person in the class. She believes it’s about the individual and how they feel in the movement and the moment. Listening and honoring the mind and body and how they feel and accepting it.

We encourage you to take one of her classes to see why we are so excited to have her!

Lynn is teaching Foundations on Mondays at 5:45pm and Gentle Stretch Class on Wednesdays at 8:30am.
