Lisa Tuveson

Lisa first came to her mat 20 years ago looking for a physical challenge until she raised her heart and hands to the sky in tree pose and realized that there was so much more to yoga.  She believes that yoga is an avenue to help find one’s authentic self and to connect to one’s soul…… while cultivating strength in the body and observing the mind.  Through breath and movement, Lisa encourages her students to release that which no longer serves them, to allow healing.  Lisa’s classes are meditation in motion…… you will laugh, cry, explore, sweat, play, let go and find the light within!

Lisa received her first 200 RYT training at Elemental OM in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2011 where she was certified as an Elemental OM Holistic Coach specializing in Ayurveda and meditation. She received her second 200 RYT at Nourishing Heart Yoga with Matece Skow in Bloomington, Indiana in 2017.    She completed her ChildLight Yoga Training in 2013. She is currently working towards her 500hr teacher certification.


Molly Freeland

Classes: Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow

Molly walked into her first yoga class a few years ago with friends and has been learning and practicing this ancient tradition ever since. She received her 200 HR Yoga certification in 2014 at Urban Body, Ft. Wayne a Baptiste Affiliate Studio and has completed the Advanced Art of Assisting at Revolution Power Yoga, Avon CO. 

When she’s not in her yoga zone, she is a mom to three ~really fast growing kids~ (13, 12 and 8)and can be found biking with her husband Paul, baking a sweet treat, enjoying a glass of wine in the company of friends or creating and living her next big adventure.


Shawn Holtel

500 RYT, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist
Classes: Restorative, Meditation

Shawn currently is enrolled in the Yoga Therapy Program through Heartland Yoga Therapy in Indianapolis. The last two years of her training have been dedicated to serving as a Research Assistant at the Richard L. Roudenbush VA in Indianapolis, studying the efficacy of Yoga as a viable therapy for people with stroke, brain trauma, chronic pain and PTSD.

Shawn is deeply rewarded by sharing the ancient principles and tools of Yoga and Ayurveda with people to incorporate into their modern daily lives.


Lauren Barlag Schewe

500 RYT 
Classes: Slow Vinyasa Flow, Taoist Flow

Lauren is a mama, farmer, home educator, herbalista and yoga instructor. She and her husband Ande  own and operate Lola’s Botanicals a herbal product line and Communtiy Supported Herbalism share program in Milan, Indiana. Lauren has been studying yoga, herbs and nature connection for over a decade. Her journey started at Northern Arizona University studying outdoor education and took her to many vast and beautiful places exploring nature, yoga, meditation, cooking,  and herbalism.

She completed her yoga 300 and 500 hr.TT with World Peace Yoga in Cincinnati, OH in 2008.

She completed her Herbalist certification with Rosemary Gladstar and Permaculture certification with This Land. Lauren’s approach to yoga, energy medicine, and herbalism is as a medium to heal and create an abundance of joy for all animals, people and the Earth.

Why do we farm?  Lauren answers simply, “The answer is: Love.”   “We love everything about small scale local farming; watching and nurturing growth of plants, living in the presence of animals, working outdoors,moving our bodies with grace in the company of our children and with their help.  As Wendell Berry tells us, ‘The soil is a great connector of lives, it heals and restores, it resurrects.‘  We take our duty as stewards of Creation very seriously, and we love that we are contributing to the welfare of our society.”

Paul Hines

Certified Tai Chi Instructor
Classes: Tai Chi

Paul is a certified instructor in Yang-style tai chi and Tai Chi for Arthritis. Tai Chi is meditation in motion harmonizing our internal energy. The documented benefits are stress reduction, improvement in balance, flexibility, strength and overall health, etc. “Tai Chi is more fun than watching paint dry!”.


Lynn Cruse

200 RYT
Classes: Foundations, Gentle Stretching, Slow Flow & Yin

Lynn completed her 200 hour Integrative Yoga teacher training from Mercy HealthPlex and is currently furthering her training by attending North Carolinian’s Asheville Yoga Center’s 300 hour certification program.

Lynn started taking Hatha yoga classes about 10 years ago in the gym next to her office. After class she noticed how she always felt better both mentally and physically, but because of the pressures of her job she was only able to attend classes sporadically. When Binspired Yoga Studio opened she began taking classes after work and that is when she began to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Lynn is now retired and is taking her yoga practice to the next level. In her trainings she is learning a wide range of yoga styles, techniques and methodologies and the best ways to share them with others.

Lynn believes yoga is for everyone. Yoga isn’t about being the most flexible person in the class. It’s about showing up to your practice and listening and honoring the mind, the body and the spirit, as they are what makes each of us uniquely beautiful.

Lynn is CPR and AED (Adult/Child/Infant) certified by the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI).


Cami Muto

200 RYT
Classes: Slow Vinyasa Flow

Cami began her yogic journey in high school when she began taking classes for fun. She quickly realized while studying at Loyola University in Chicago the mind/body benefits of the practice and fell in love. Since her first class, she has always had a deep passion for its principles and wanted to share her experience with others which led her to complete Lifepower’s 200 Hour teacher certification in 2014.

When she is not teaching yoga, she works full-time in Project Management for a technology company and enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her daughter Beau and husband, Tom.
