The New to Yoga series is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience! The teachers will guide you in building your Yoga practice from the ground up. You will learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and proper alignment in a safe and approachable environment.
This series is for the beginner or the participant interested in going back to the fundamentals of the practice and wanting a deeper introduction.
Each workshop will build upon the last! We do encourage participants to take the entire workshop series to absorb the many facets of starting or reigniting a yoga practice, and so that you can feel fully informed and confident heading into your Yoga classes.
Upon completing the “New to Yoga” Series, participants are eligible for the “30 Days of Yoga for $30 Special” (a one time purchase) ~ this special may be used for all regular yoga classes on our schedule, so try out as many different classes and teachers as you can squeeze into one month! This is a great way to develop a strong, healthy, safe and mindful Yoga practice.
